Mine loader MPK 1600 is designed to mechanize the loading of broken rocks into transport facilities when driving horizontal and inclined up to ±12 degrees openings in the mines including gassy and dusty ones and for building underground constructions. The loader can be used for delivery of materials and equipment into the face part of heading, for hoisting and installation of support beams, laggings and backing material, support concreting and equipment assembling.
Telescopic loading unit (telescope stroke is 1000 mm, turn angle in horizontal openings ±20°) allows going efficiently into rock without using of crawler drive forcing efforts.
Application area: horizontal and inclined (up to ±12°) openingswith a clear cross-section of not less then 8.5 m — when loading into flight conveyer; 10.3 m — when loading into belt conveyer; 14.4 m when loading into mine cars. Loaded rock thickness — 1.6-2.2 t/m, piece size of loaded rock — no more then 800 mm.
