Mine loader with replaceable drill module MPK 1600 (MPK 1300) is designed for blast holes drilling and for mechanization of loading broken rocks when driving horizontal and inclined up to ± 18 degrees openings in the mines including gassy and dusty ones with a clear cross-section from 10.4 to 18.3 m² in mines and mining camps.
Telescopic loading unit allows to go effectively into rock without crawler drive forcing efforts, and enables loading into flight or belt conveyer, on cages with bulk density of rocks from 1.6 to 2.2 t/m, piece size of loaded rock — no more than 800 mm.
Replaceable drill module allows to drill blast holes with diameter of 42 mm and up to 2.7 m deep with hardness of rocks up to 120 MPa. Replaceable drill module is equipped with hydraulic drilling head (power — 18.5 W) and could be replaced with dipper within a few minutes. The angle of feeder rotation in the cross-sectional plane is 360 degrees that allows to drill blast holes for the installation of the anchors at any angle.
