Tunneling loader МPB 1200 is intended for mechanization of tunneling and loading of broken rock into mine cars, conveyers and other transport facilities when repairing and reconstructing openings. It can also drill blast-holes in horizontal and vertical surface, mechanizes the most difficult preparatory works and delivering the materials to the openings repair zone.
The loader is equipped with caterpillar tracks, turnover telescope boom with front dump bucket and boom with rotative drill. The front dump bucket is designed as drifing bucket with cutting edge. The loader also can be equipped with side dump bucket which is mounted in place of drifing front dump bucket. The loader with side dump bucket is used when roadheading are realizing.
Application area: horizontal and inclined (up to ± 12°) openings with a clear cross-section of 6-18m, with rocks of up to ѓ=8 hardness (according to Protod`yakonov scale), in mines including gassy and dusty ones, when building underground constructions. In contrast to classic machines of famous companies (D 1131 Haus-Herr; EL160LS Hazemag; DH250 Deilmann-Haniel) MPB1200 is made with 2 boom-shaped manipulators, where central one (bucket) is telescopic. This feature secures multifunctionality of MPB1200, which is convenient in openings with small cross-section area.
